A Fresh 48 Newborn session is an intimate photo session for families who want to document the first hours of their baby’s life.

This session will capture real interactions between you and your baby during those quiet moments, as well as those first feedings, first diaper changes, and emotional first family meetings. I’ll document the newness of your baby’s sweet fingers and toes, those delicate wisps of hair, and beautiful newborn details that change so quickly.

These sessions are very relaxed and causal, they are the perfect way to capture those magical new moments that pass by in a blur.

Where does a Fresh 48 Newborn Session take place?

These sessions are done at the birthing facility- whether that is the hospital, birthing center or at your home.

When is the Fresh 48 Newborn Session?

They take place within 24 – 48 hours after delivery. Most sessions will be scheduled the morning following baby’s arrival. So if baby makes their debut on Friday, then our session together would be Saturday morning.
